Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The LINK key is already on your StudioControl Stream Deck. Once Cloud is on for your account, it starts making links. Use the same email you sign in to StudioControl with when you buy.
Who can watch my videos?
Anyone you send the link to. Videos aren't listed or searchable anywhere, so nobody finds them unless you share the link.
Do people need an account to comment?
No. They add their name and email once, then comment. Their email is only used to tell them when you reply.
What does 50 hours mean?
The total length of the videos sitting in your library. Delete old ones and the space comes back. If you get close, StudioControl tells you before anything changes.
What happens if I stop?
The LINK key stops making new links. Every link you've already sent keeps working for 30 days, and I'll email you before anything goes. After 30 days the shared copies are deleted. Your original recordings stay on your Mac the whole time.
How do I cancel?
From the link in your receipt email, any time. You keep sharing until the end of the month you've paid for.
